This blog is about community. About bringing women together to discuss the important (and not so important) issues surrounding life, love and marriage.
To do that, we need YOU.
We are happy to receive submissions of any kind.
Wedding Planning
If you have a lesson you've learnt that you want to share with us, or perhaps are looking for some advice from our oh-so wise readers, send it in. Wedding planning is not always easy, and we want to hear why. We'd suggest no more then 1000 words is ideal, but we're not too picky. A picture or two is always nice too.
Becoming a Wife
If you've recently (or even, not so recently) got married, let us know how it went. How did it feel? What advice do you want to pass on? What do you think about it now, looking back? Again, 1000 words maximum is probably about right, but just write what you need to, anything at all, about becoming a wife. Oh, and send pictures. Lots of pictures. Thanks.
Wise Women
We love pieces from all you wise, strong independent women about your experiences of being married, or in a relationship, or even of being single. If you think you have an idea that will appeal to our readers, send it in. You know the drill by now - 1000 words roughly, and a picture. Or five.
Any Other Photo
This series came about from realising that everyone's favourite pictures were not always what the ones you expected. Perhaps it's not the most beautiful, flattering, or technically perfect photo. Perhaps it doesn't even have you in it. Perhaps it just emotes a feeling in you that no other picture can. Whatever it is, we want to see it. Send it to us. Your perfect wedding photograph. With roughly 200-500 words explaining why this picture is the one. Go.
